見積や請求書の管理に抹茶を使っているのですが、動かなくなっていることに気づきました！！
真っ白な画面だったので、とりあえず[/config/core.php]の「」
Configure::write('debug', 0);
を
Configure::write('debug', 2);
に変更、すると出力されたエラーが、

？？？ タイムゾーンの設定なんて触ったつもりもないのですが ？？？
結局、EC-CUBEをインストールしたときにwww直下にphp.iniを追加したのが原因でした、検証をやっていないので断定はできませんが、さくらのデフォルトの設定をphp.iniで上書きしてしまっていたのかと、特にタイムゾーンの表記はしていなかったのですが、
date.timezone = "Asia/Tokyo"
の1行を加えることで解決しました。
